Whats Super bespoke?

For those who desire a full stationery design service, completely tailored to you.

Maybe you want to combine a variety of my designs together or maybe you have a specific look you want to achieve? Either way I’m here to help and create something beautiful for you on your special day.

I only work with a limited number of super- bespoke couples per year to ensure a dedicated and personal service.

Ideal timeline would be 3-8 months in advance of when you wish to start any project. I would advise to book in as soon as you can as slots get booked up in advanced.

Whats the Super bespoke design process?

1. Initial Contact

Any initial queries you may have can be sorted out over email. If all your questions have been answered and you feel happy with everything we can go ahead a book a consultation.

2. Consultation - 45 mins -

£20 Consultation fee

The consultation (over the phone/ zoom or email) is to establish your vision and make an efficient plan of action together. After our discussion I will send you a quote. I charge a £20 consultation fee for my time which will be deducted from your booking.

3. Moodboards

PDF moodboards are emailed highlighting key details, fonts, shapes, papers and techniques to use and give an approx quote.

4 .Initial designs

I’ll work on a selection of designs based on all the info we discussed

5.Alterations

I offer 3 lots of design revisions so we can get your bespoke order looking perfect. If you would like to add more rounds of changes to any of the above, this is charged at £25p/h

6. Sample pack ordered

Once we have the final design completed I will send 1 copy to the printers and printed onto your selected paper.

7. Print & Delivery

After you’ve seen your sample pack and are happy with the print quality and paper we can then send the bulk order to the printers, cut, assemble and package for you

Please note print and delivery can take between 3-4 weeks, depending on time of year, finishes and location. All stationery delivery is tracked..

What are semi- bespoke orders?

For those who have seen one of my House Invitation suites but want to change minor details.

Changes can Include but not subject to the following:

-Colours

- Fonts

- Optional change of printed envelope or small illustrative design detail. (This could be a sketch of your pet or changing a print on the envelope liner)

Please note the layout will stay the same. Please note couples portraits, maps and location illustrations are a separate flat fee. Please note the ideal timeline for semi bespoke stationery is 6-8 weeks Please get in contact for a Semi Bespoke fee.

Whats the Semi bespoke design process?

1. Consultation - 20 mins

I’ll work on a selection of designs based on all the info we discussed. A shared google doc with all written information will be added here. This will be needed prior to the design process.

3. Alterations

I offer 2 lots of design revisions so we can get your bespoke order perfect. If you would like to add more changes this is charged at £25p/h

4. Print and delivery

Once you are happy with your designs we send the bulk order to the printers, cut, assemble and package for you in recycled or pre used packaging (in effort to stay as eco-friendly as possible).

Please note print and delivery can take between 3-4 weeks, depending on time of year, finishes and location. All stationery delivery is tracked.

How much will my Super or semi bespoke order cost?

When I say bespoke I literally mean every order is totally bespoke so its so hard to give an estimate as every order is so so different.

For weddings or life events, couples normally spend from 4 - 20% of their totally budget on the wedding stationery.

My wedding suites can start anything from £5 up to £20 per suite consisting of main invitation, information page, envelope/ envelope liner and RSVP. Cost depends on what sort of techniques you’d like such as embossing, foiling, digital foiling, debossing, laser cutting, die cutting, paper quality, size and design intricacy.

Based on a 50 invite wedding a couple will probably spend an average of £500 total on before the day stationery.

How long will it take to design bespoke orders?

For any Super Bespoke orders (whole wedding suites/ event stationery) I would generally leave 3-4 months from initial consultation to finished products. The more time to work on the wedding invites the better.

Do you offer eco friendly printing & paper options?

Yes! I will always give you an eco alternative although it is more than likely the paper I have recommended is eco.
